Khus Cooler...
Ingredients:
Faluda seeds/Takhmariya
Chillled Water/Soda
Lemon Juice
Crushed ice
Khus Syrup
Salt
Method:
For One Glass,
Take one small bowl of water, add 1/2 Tsp Faluda Seeds in it and keep aside for 15 Min,
Take a flat dish with salt in it,
Brush a Lemon on the rim of the Serving glass, dip the rim in salt dish, (For Decoration)
Then mix 2 Tbsp Khus Syrup,
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice,
and 1 Tsp Faluda Seeds in the serving...
