Ingredients:
- rose syrup
- falooda sev
- takmaria(Basil seeds)
- milk
- plain icecream..vanila
Method:
- cut the sev say of the size of ur finger long…and boil for abt 15min..
- soak takmaria in water for 15 minutes until they develop a slippery coating.
- add sev and takmaria in a glass…pour milk in the glass..add rose syrup as per the sweetness u require…add ice cream 1 or 2 scoop as u want…stir it a bit…falooda ready.
- this is a basic falooda… u can also add jelly,nuts,fruites. the way u want..
