- Take 500ml milk and boil it,
- Once it starts showing bubbles, add china grass and keep stiring continuesly,
- Then add 2 or 3 drops of colour (you can avoide colour and use milk masala insted to get off white or light yellow colour)
- stir and cook for 3 to 4 minuits,
- Now take it off from the gass and pour in the moulds,
- Let it set under fan for 10 to 15 minits,
- Now take the Jellys out of the moulds by running a knife around the top interior edge of the mold (Be very careful to keep it close to the edge, which is intended to loosen the mold without cutting the jelly)
- Take it out in serving plate and keep it in the fridge
- The Milky Jelly is ready,
- Serve once its cold.
