Ingredients:
- Oil
- Salt
- 250gm Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Cimin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 250 gm Red Chilli Powder
Method:
- Remove the skin of Garlic
- Then grind garlic, coriander seeds & cumin seeds together
- Now add salt, oil & chili powder and mix everything together
- You can store this chutny in fridge for long time and have it with Roti by adding ghee or curd in it,
- It can be used to make different vegetbles & snacks too
Note: This chutny is also called as “Lasanyu Marchu” and “Lasan Ni Chutny” in gujarati.
