Ingredients:
Bachemal Sauce
- Bolognese Sauce
- 200 gm pre- cooked Pasta Sheets
- 70 gm Grated Parmesan/ Regular Cheese
Method:
- Make Bachemal Sauce
- Pre heat the oven to 200C/400F
- Make Bolognese sauce
- Place pasta sheets in to warm water [make sure water is more then the sheets]
- Leave to soak for 5-10 minuets
- Now dry the lasagna, remove the sheets one by one from water and place on a cloth,
- Then turn them over to pet and dry both the sides
- Now place the sheets in the baking dish, cover with half Bolognese sauce, then place
- Spoon of Bachemal sauce, then sprinkle parmesan/regular cheese
- Now repeat the process
- Now cook the lasagna, place the dish in the centre of the oven, and cook for about 20
- Minuets, when the cheese is turned golden brown, remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to set till 15 minuets before serving
- Lasagna is best to be served with fresh green salad
