Khus Cooler

Ingredients:

  • Faluda seeds/Takhmariya
  • Chillled Water/Soda
  • Lemon Juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Khus Syrup
  • Salt

Method:

  1. For One Glass,
  2. Take one small bowl of water, add 1/2 Tsp Faluda Seeds in it and keep aside for 15 Min,
  3. Take a flat dish with salt in it,
  4. Brush a Lemon on the rim of the Serving glass, dip the rim in salt dish, (For Decoration)
  5. Then mix 2 Tbsp Khus Syrup,
  6. 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice,
  7. and 1 Tsp Faluda Seeds in the serving glass,
  8. Now add Water/soda, mix with a spoon quickly,
  9. Add crushed Ice, and serve chilled Khus Cooler.

You can avoid Decoration and Faluda Seeds in the Cooler.
