Coriander Roti

Ingredients:

  • 2 Onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • Ghee in a Bowl
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander
  • 2 Bowl Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4th Glass of water

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except water
  2. Now pour water half the water in to the mixture and mix it. pour more water if needed and make a dough,
  3. Dough must be soft enough to make roti
  4. Now make small balls out of the dough
  5. Make it round shape like a roti using raw flour on the dough balls
  6. Take a non stick pan
  7. Cook the roti on the pan on medium flame both the side till it shows golden brown coloured bubbles
  8. Once the roti is cooked both the side, take it on a plate and apply ghee over it
  9. Serve hot with vegetable
