Ingredients:
- 2 Onions
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- Ghee in a Bowl
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Coriander
- 2 Bowl Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4th Glass of water
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients except water
- Now pour water half the water in to the mixture and mix it. pour more water if needed and make a dough,
- Dough must be soft enough to make roti
- Now make small balls out of the dough
- Make it round shape like a roti using raw flour on the dough balls
- Take a non stick pan
- Cook the roti on the pan on medium flame both the side till it shows golden brown coloured bubbles
- Once the roti is cooked both the side, take it on a plate and apply ghee over it
