Celery Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Bowl Cherry Tomatoes
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Bowl Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Black Olives
  • 2 Tbsp Green Olives
  • 2 Tbsp Black Olives
  • 2 Tbsp Green Olives
  • 1/2 Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Big Bowl Water
  • 2 Lettuce Leafs
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Celery Leafs
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 5 Cubes of Ice
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Dry Basil
  • Oregano

Method:

  1. Boil corn kernels, once boiled keep in the fridge to cool,
  2. Chop small cubes or roughly all three Capsicums,
  3. Chop finely Lettuce Leaves and Green Onions,
  4. Chop roughly Celery Leaves and keep in ice cold water for 15 minuits,
  5. Chop cherry tomatoes in half and keep in fridge to cool,
  6. Cut olives if you have whole or you can buy chopped ones from market and keep in fridge to cool,
  7. Now Take 1 Tsp Olive oil, saut Lettuce, Onion and Capsicums for 1 minuit in the heated Olive Oil,
  8. Take it off the gas and let it cool,
  9. Take the vegetables in a bowl, add oregano, basil, Sugar and Black Pepper, mix all the vegetables together,
  10. Keep in fridge for 1/2 hour and serve cold,
