Method:
- Soak Chana whole night, and cook it in pressure cooker till 5 to 6 whistles
- once it comes to normal temperature, keep it in fridge to cool
- Boil Potato and cut it in tiny cubes
- Chop Green Chili finely
- Chop Coriander roughly
- Chop Onion Finely
- Now mix all the chopped ingredients & salt with chana and again put it in fridge to cool
- Serve it cool or hot , it will taste the best both the ways.
