- Soak rice,fenugreek seeds & poha in warm water till 6 to 7 hrs
- Also soak daal in warm water for 4 to 5 hrs
- Then grind fenugreek, poha and rice mixture in fine paste, do not add too much water for grinding
- Now grind urad dal to fine paste do not add too much water for grinding
- Mix both the paste and salt together and stir well till 5 min
- Then keep this batter over night to get firm
- Once you start making dos, mix the batter well for 5 min
- You can add little water if the batter is too thick
