Schezwan Open Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • Ghee [Optional] (if you are toasting bread on a skillet)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 Green chili
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 2 Bread Slices
  • 1/2 Small Bowl Paneer (crumbled or cubed)

Method:

To cook Spread:

      1. Chop finely tomato, Onion and Greeen chili,
      2. Take oil in a pan,
      3. Once heated add onion and let it cook till onion changes colour,
      4. Now add green chili and let it cook for 30 seconds,
      5. Add Tomato, paneer, Salt, Shezwan sauce and chili sauce, Mix well,
      6. Let it cook for 1 minuit (Now Spread is ready)

To Make Open Sandwich:

  1. Toast bread slices and spread the cooked spread over it,
  2. Cut bread in triangle or rectangle shape,

Note: If you are toasting bread on a skillet, toast the bread both the side, once toasted apply little ghee over it.
Tip: If you are not health concious, grate little cheese over the sandwich and serve hot.
