Ingredients:
- Salt
- Ghee [Optional] (if you are toasting bread on a skillet)
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 Green chili
- 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 2 Bread Slices
- 1/2 Small Bowl Paneer (crumbled or cubed)
Method:
To cook Spread:
- Chop finely tomato, Onion and Greeen chili,
- Take oil in a pan,
- Once heated add onion and let it cook till onion changes colour,
- Now add green chili and let it cook for 30 seconds,
- Add Tomato, paneer, Salt, Shezwan sauce and chili sauce, Mix well,
- Let it cook for 1 minuit (Now Spread is ready)
To Make Open Sandwich:
- Toast bread slices and spread the cooked spread over it,
- Cut bread in triangle or rectangle shape,
Note: If you are toasting bread on a skillet, toast the bread both the side, once toasted apply little ghee over it.
Tip: If you are not health concious, grate little cheese over the sandwich and serve hot.
