Ingrediants :
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Potatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 3 Green Chili
- 7 Clove Garlic
- 1 Ball of Cabbage
- 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
- Coriander Leaves Chopped
Method :
- Cut thin strips of cabbage & potatos diced, wash it together
- Make ginger, garlic and green chili paste
- Now heat oil in a pan
- When heated, add mustard seeds
- When it starts crackling add ginger garlic & chili paste
- Stir for half Minuit and then add potato and cabbage and stir well
- Now add salt & turmeric mix it and cover the lid.
- Check and stir in every 5 minuets till the cabbage & potatoes are cooked , if its sticking to the pan then put 1 tbsp oil or sprinkle some water in it and cover the lid again
- Cook on slow flame for 20 minuets or till the water evaporates.
- Once its done garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve with Roti
