Cabbage & Potato Vegetable

Ingrediants :

  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 Green Chili
  • 7 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Ball of Cabbage
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped

Method :

  1. Cut thin strips of cabbage & potatos diced, wash it together
  2. Make ginger, garlic and green chili paste
  3. Now heat oil in a pan
  4. When heated, add mustard seeds
  5. When it starts crackling add ginger garlic & chili paste
  6. Stir for half Minuit and then add potato and cabbage and stir well
  7. Now add salt & turmeric mix it and cover the lid.
  8. Check and stir in every 5 minuets till the cabbage & potatoes are cooked , if its sticking to the pan then put 1 tbsp oil or sprinkle some water in it and cover the lid again
  9. Cook on slow flame for 20 minuets or till the water evaporates.
  10. Once its done garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve with Roti
