Cauliflower & Potato Spicy Vegetable

Ingrediants:

  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Green Chili
  • 7 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Ball of Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder

Method:

  1. Chop cauliflower & potatos diced, wash it together
  2. Make ginger, garlic and green chili paste
  3. Now heat oil in a pan
  4. When heated, add mustard seeds
  5. When it starts crackling add ginger garlic & chili paste
  6. Mix for half Minuit and then add potato & cauliflower and mix well
  7. Now add salt & turmeric powder & Sugar, mix it and cover the lid.
  8. Check and mix in every 5 minuets till the cauliflower & potatoes are cooked , if its sticking to the pan then put 1 tbsp oil or sprinkle some water in it and cover the lid again
  9. Once the cegetable is cooked, add black pepper powder and mix well.
  10. Once its done garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with Roti
