Ingredients:
- Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Tbsp Water
- 3 Curry Leaves
- 5 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 5 Tbsp Coconut
- 1 Tsp white lentil
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
Method:
- Boil Green Peas in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles
- Grind Coconut and Cashew together in a grinder
- Then Make a Paste of Ginger and garlic
- Now chop coriander, green chili, tomatoes & onion
- Now take green peas out of the pressure cooker and drain all water
- Then take a pan and put oil in it ,
- Once the oil is heated, add cumin seeds and white lentil
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves to it
- Then add onion and stir, let it cook till onion changes colour
- Then add tomato and cook till it becomes tender
- Then add cashew-coconut paste and green peas
- Mix it and then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder & water in to it
- Stir well and let it cook for 3-4 min
- And then sprinkle coriander over it and serve hot with coriander roti
