Creamy Sweet Corn

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • Pinch Of Sugar
  • 1/2 Bowl Water
  • 1/2 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Blended Onions
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Bowl Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chili
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Blended Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powdr
  • 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves
  • Mixed Nuts(Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds) Grated, Make sure it doesn’t become full powder form

Method:

  1. Boil Sweet Corn in a pressure cooker till 4 whistles
  2. Once the cooker is cool separate water and corn and keep a side
  3. Then heat oil in a pan.
  4. Once heated add cumin seeds , ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, fenugreek leaves and onions
  5. Once onion changes color, add tomato puree
  6. Stir the mixture till it doesn’t leave the oil from the sides.
  7. Now add Sugar, chili, salt & Turmeric powder
  8. Then add all the grated nuts, mix well and saute them
  9. Now add cream and corn , stir, let it cook for 5 min
  10. Now add water and stir well, keep it for 2 more min
  11. Serve hot in the bowl and garnish it with grated cheese.
