Ingredients:
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 Potato/Brinjal
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Bunch Of Dill
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
Method:
- Cut and wash Dill
- Cut potato in small cubes
- Chop ginger very small
- Now heat oil in a pan, when heated add cumin seeds & garlic
- When it start spluttering , add dill & potato and mix well
- Now add salt & red chili and mix well
- Cover the pan and let it cook till the potato is cooked
- Now open the lid and let it cook till all water evaporates.
- Serve with hot roti or bhakri
Note :- If you are using brinjal then the vegetable will not be dry.
