Ingredients:
- 1 Big Cauliflower
- 2 Capsicum
- 2 Medium Onions
- 2 TBSP Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper [Grounded]
- Coriander
- Oil
Method:
- Cut Cauliflower & Capsicum & Wash It.
- Cut Onion and keep aside
- Put Oil in a pan when heated, add Ginger, Garlic & Chili Paste
- Once it start spluttering add Cauliflower & Capsicum, Mix it.
- Add Salt, Garam Masala & Coriander Powder and Mix it.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on slow flame till cauliflower is cooked.
- Remove the cover and let all the water evaporate.
- Once the water evaporates add Black Pepper and Coriander,
- Mix well and serve with Hot Roti.
