Ingrediants
- Oil
- Salt
- Onion
- 7 Garlic Clove
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder
- 1 Cup Green Gram
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Chutney
- Buttermilk without Water
Method:
- Pressure cook green gram till 4 wistles
- Chop garlic thin
- Chop onion thin
- Grind Curd to make butter milk [do not add water in it]
- When the cooker is cool , separate water and green gram
- Now take oil in to a pan
- Add chopped garlic and garlic chutney, let it fry for 30 seconds on low flame
- Now add green gram and mix well
- Then add salt, garam masala, coriander powder & turmeric powder and mix everything
- Now add butter milk, mix and cover it
- Cook it for 5 minuit, and serve hot with Roti and onions
