Ingredients:
Salt
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatos
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Cauliflower
- Coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 1 Tsp Pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp Garam masala Powder
- 4 to 5 Green Chilies
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp Amchoor (mango powder) powder
Method:
- Chop onion and capsicum in thin slices, keep aside,
- Cut Cauliflower in to medium cubes,
- Chop Tomatoes in to small dices,
- Chop coriander leaves,
- Cut green chilies, make thin slits,
- Chop ginger finely and ground the garlic,
- Now wash cauliflower with water and then mist all the powder together with cauliflower, keep it aside,
- Then put oil in to a pan, once heated, add ginger and garlic, mix well,
- Then add onion and capsicum together, mix well and cook till onions changes colour,
- Now add cauliflower and mix well, close the lid and let it cook,
- Keep it on the gas till cauliflower is cooked well,
- Now open the lid and let it cook if the vegetable has water in it,
- Once the water goes off, switch off the gas and sprinkle chopped coriander over the vegetable,
- Serve hot with Roti.
