Ingredients:
- salt
- Cumin Seed
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 Bowl Curd
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Besan
- Coriander Seeds
- Coriander Leaves
- Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Clove powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4 Normal Corn [Not Sweet Corn]
- Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste
Method:
- Wash Corn and pressure cook till 5-6 Whistles
- Cut 2 Corn in to 2 inch pieces
- Remove corn kernels from other 2 corns
- Grind it a bit [don’t make a paste]
- Take oil in a pan, add Coriander seed, cumin seed, besan and stir continuously for 5 min
- Now add the paste and Grounded Corn, Mix well
- Then add Clove Powder, black pepper powder and fry for few min
- Add Curd, Sugar, Turmeric & Salt, Stir well
- Now add water and Corn pieces and let it cook for some more time till the gravy becomes thick
- Decorate it with Coriander Leaves
- Server Hot it with Roti.
