Lili Makai Nu Shak

Ingredients:

  • salt
  • Cumin Seed
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Bowl Curd
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Besan
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Green Coriander
  • Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Clove powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper powder
  • 4 Normal Corn [Not SweetCorn]
  • Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste

Method:

  1. Wash Corn and pressure cook till 5-6 Whistles
  2. Cut 2 Corn in to 2 inch pieces
  3. Remove corn kernels from other 2 corns
  4. Grind it a bit [don’t make a paste]
  5. Take oil in a pan, add Coriander seed, cumin seed, besan and stir continuously for 5 min
  6. Now add the paste and Grounded Corn, Mix well
  7. Then add Clove Powder,black pepper powder and fry for few min
  8. Add Curd, Sugar, Turmeric & Salt, Stir well
  9. Now add water and Corn pieces, let it cook for some more time till the gravy becomes thick
  10. Decorate it with Coriander Leaves
  11. Server Hot with Roti.
