Ingredients:
1 onion
- 4 tsp of oil
- salt to taste
- 1 cup of water
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 small peice of ginger
- 500 grams of ground green peas
Method:
- Chop the onions, garlic and ginger,
- grind half of the green peas and boil other half portion of whole peas,
- In a pan put oil and fry ginger, garlic & onion till onion changes colour,
- Now add the peas paste to the oil. Fry for 10 minutes,
- Then add tomatoes, salt, garam masala and boiled whole peas,
- Stir for 10 minutes. Add water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with hot with Roti or Rice.
