Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Bowl Curd
  • 100 Gm Paneer
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 Bowl Cashwenut Paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp  Dhaniya Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red Chili powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds Powder
  • Coriander For Garnishing.
  • Green chili, Ginger & Garlic paste

Method:

  1. Cut paneer in small pieces,
  2. Take oil in a pan, when heated add onion paste, fry for a minuit,
  3. Now add chilie, ginger & garlic paste & fry for 2 mins,
  4. Now add red chili powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, garam masala, turmeric powder & Salt , mix well & fry for 3-4 mins.
  5. Add toamto puree, curd, cashwenut paste, butter, cream & paneer, Mix well & boil for 2-3 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander & serve hot with Roti.
