Ingredients:
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Big Potato
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Asofetida
- 5 To 6 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chili powder
- 1/2 KG Parvar [Pointed Gourd]
Method:
- Wash and chop Parvar
- Chop Potato in Thin Strips
- Chop Garlic in to tiny pieces
- Now heat oil in a pan, once heated add asofetids, cumin seeds, mustard seeds & Garlic
- once the mustard seeds starts cracklin add potato and parvar together, mix well
- now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well and cover the pan
- let it cook for 5 to 10 minuite on low flame,
- Then open the lid and let it cook till oil seperates.
- Serve hot with Roti.
