Ingredients:

½ Cup Water
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Ghee / Butter
- 2 Dry Whole Red Chilies
- 2 Onions & Tomatoes Chopped
- 3 Cups Mixed Vegetables Chopped Roughly (Carrot, Potato , Green Beans, Green Peas)
- 1 Capsicum Chopped
To be ground:
- 5 Green Chilies
- Ginger Chopped
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 6 Tbsp Grated Coconut
- ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
To be powdered:
- 5 Cloves
- Cinnamon Stick
- Green Cardamoms
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
Method:
- First Place the vegetables in a pressure cooker and cook them till 2 whistles, once it is done, let it cool.
- Then make a powder : Roast all the ingredients in a pan, Then let it cool for 1 Min and then grind it in the grinder and make it a powder, once the powder is ready , remove it in a bowl.
- Now make the paste : add all the ingredients in the grind including a ½ bowl of water and grinder to make a paste, once the paste is ready , remove it in a bowl.
- Now take a pan and take Ghee/ Butter once its heated, add Bay Leaves and Red Whole Chilies, as soon it becomes aromatic
- Add Onion and let it cook till it changes colour.
- Now add ground powder and mix well, let it cook for 1 minuit
- Then add capsicum, let it cook for 1 minuit and add tomatoes & salt, let it cook till onion becomes soft,
- Now add boiled vegetables and ground paste, slat if required, water and mix well and let it cook till Capsicum is tender and water is almost evaporated.
- Now serve with hot roti.
