Ingeredients:
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Tomato’s
- Salt To Taste
- 4 Spoon Sugar
- Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
- Thin Sev [The one we use for Sev-Puri]
Method:
- Cut or Grind Tomatoes in grinder
- Put oil in in a pan
- When heated add mustard seeds, it will crackle
- Now add Tomatoes/gravy in to it
- Now add Salt, Chili, Turmeric & Sugar
- Mix Well, cover the lid and let it cook for 10 Minutes
- Serve in a bowl, put sev over it.
- Eat with Roti or Bhakri
