Sev-Tomato Vegetable

Ingeredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 5 Tomato’s
  • Salt To Taste
  • 4 Spoon Sugar
  • Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • Thin Sev [The one we use for Sev-Puri]

Method:

  1. Cut or Grind Tomatoes in grinder
  2. Put oil in in a pan
  3. When heated add mustard seeds, it will crackle
  4. Now add Tomatoes/gravy in to it
  5. Now add Salt, Chili, Turmeric & Sugar
  6. Mix Well, cover the lid and let it cook for 10 Minutes
  7. Serve in a bowl, put sev over it.
  8. Eat with Roti or Bhakri
