Ingredients:
- 1 Bowl Cauliflower Florets
- 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Bowl Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Bowl Corn Kernels
- 1 Tsp Amchur Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Bowl Green Peas
- Coriander Leaves
- Crumbled Paneer
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 5 Capsicum
- cold Water
Method:
- Chop finely Capsicum, Onion, cauliflower and coriander leaves,
- Mash Green Peas and corn kernels,
- Chop 3 Capsicums in half like a bowl, remove seeds and put it in cold water,
- Now take oil in a frying pan, add onion, let it cook till onion changes its ccolour,
- Then add mashed green peas and corn kernels, chopped capsicum and cauliflowr
- Then add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur powder, paneer, mix well and let it cook,
- Once its cooked, mix coriander in it,
- Take capsicums out from water, drain all water and dry the capsicum with a cloth,
- Then pour the cooked vegetable in the capsicum bowls and garnish with coriander and cheese and serve instantly,
- Serve Hot vegetable with Hot Roti.
