Vegetable Do Pyaza

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Ginger Grated
  • 3 Small Carrots
  • ¼ Tsp Asafetida
  • 1 Cup Plain Curd
  • ½ Cup Chick Peas
  • ½ Cup Green Peas
  • Few French Beans
  • 3 Green Capsicum
  • 2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Chopped
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • Few Florets Of Cauliflower

Method:

  1. Chop and cook carrot, cauliflower, french beans & potatoes in 3 cups water with salt for 5 mins
  2. Soak green peas & chick peas for an hour and cook with 3 cups water with salt for 10 mins.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, ginger & garlic.
  4. Then add vegetables and peas without straining the water.
  5. Then add asafetida, turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, salt and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Now add garam masala, coriander leaves & curd, stir well for 2 mins and remove from the flame.
