Ingredients:
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- 2 Potatoes
- Ginger Grated
- 3 Small Carrots
- ¼ Tsp Asafetida
- 1 Cup Plain Curd
- ½ Cup Chick Peas
- ½ Cup Green Peas
- Few French Beans
- 3 Green Capsicum
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- ½ Tsp Garam Masala
- ½ Tsp Garlic Chopped
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- Few Florets Of Cauliflower
Method:
- Chop and cook carrot, cauliflower, french beans & potatoes in 3 cups water with salt for 5 mins
- Soak green peas & chick peas for an hour and cook with 3 cups water with salt for 10 mins.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add onion, capsicum, ginger & garlic.
- Then add vegetables and peas without straining the water.
- Then add asafetida, turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, salt and cook for 5 mins.
- Now add garam masala, coriander leaves & curd, stir well for 2 mins and remove from the flame.
