Vegetable Jalfrazi

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tsp Oildscf1230-800x600
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Tomato Gravy
  • A Pinch Garam Masala
  • 4 Tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
  • Cheese (To grate on vegetable)
  • 1 Cup Boiled Vegetables (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till it changes colour
  2. Then add tomatoes and capsicum in it and fry for 2 min
  3. Then add other vegetables, Salt, chilli powder, garam masala & coriander
  4. Now cook for 5 min and then add tomatio gravy in it
  5. Then grate cheese over the vegetable, switch off the gas and close the lid
  6. Serve immediately with Hot Roti
