Ingredients:
- 4 Tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Cup Tomato Gravy
- A Pinch Garam Masala
- 4 Tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
- Cheese (To grate on vegetable)
- 1 Cup Boiled Vegetables (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till it changes colour
- Then add tomatoes and capsicum in it and fry for 2 min
- Then add other vegetables, Salt, chilli powder, garam masala & coriander
- Now cook for 5 min and then add tomatio gravy in it
- Then grate cheese over the vegetable, switch off the gas and close the lid
- Serve immediately with Hot Roti
