Saffron Modak...
Ingredients:
2 Tsp Ghee
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Water
5 Tbsp Sugar
2 Bowl Cashew
2 Bowl Almond
A Pinch of Saffron
Green Food Colour
1/2 Bowl Raw Sugar
Method:
Take a small dish in which put 2 drops of water and add saffron to it and keep it aside,
Now Grind Almond, Cashew & sugar separately,
Mix all grounded ingredients together,
Add Ghee and Milk in to it and mix like a dogue,
Now take small portion of the dogue...
