Milky Jelly


  • 500ml Milk
  • 100 gm China Grass
  • Your Choice of food colour
  • Molds of Different shapes


  1. Take 500ml milk and boil it,
  2. Once it starts showing bubbles, add china grass and keep stiring continuesly,
  3. Then add 2 or 3 drops of colour (you can avoide colour and use milk masala insted to get off white or light yellow colour)
  4. stir and cook for 3 to 4 minuits,
  5. Now take it off from the gass and pour in the moulds,
  6. Let it set under fan for 10 to 15 minits,
  7. Now take the Jellys out of the moulds by running a knife around the top interior edge of the mold (Be very careful to keep it close to the edge, which is intended to loosen the mold without cutting the jelly)
  8. Take it out in serving plate and keep it in the fridge
  9. The Milky Jelly is ready,
  10. Serve once its cold.
