Pista Kulfi

Here is an instant Desert Recipe for Your Family… Trust me they will love it …


  • 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Corn flour
  • ½ Cup Cream (Malai)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond & Pista
  • ½ TSP Cardamom & Nutmeg
  • 500 ML Milk (2-1/2 cups)
  • Rose Essence [You can use milk masala instead of essence ,cardamom, nutmeg, almond and pista ]


  1. Boil milk till reduced to three fourths.
  2. Mix corn flour with quarter cup milk and gradually add to the boiling milk.
  3. Add the sugar and cook for another two min.
  4. Remove from the fire, cool and add the beaten fresh cream & the flavoring
  5. Beat the whole mixture again together and add nuts/Milk Masala fill in kulfi moulds or in a flat box/air tight container, keep covered in freezer.
