Red Garlic Chutny


  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 250gm Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Cimin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 250 gm Red Chilli Powder


  1. Remove the skin of Garlic
  2. Then grind garlic, coriander seeds & cumin seeds together
  3. Now add salt, oil & chili powder and mix everything together
  4. You can store this chutny in fridge for long time and have it with Roti by adding ghee or curd in it,
  5. It can be used to make different vegetbles & snacks too

Note: This chutny is also called as “Lasanyu Marchu” and “Lasan Ni Chutny” in gujarati.
