Bachemal sauce


  • Salt
  • 1 ½ Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 45 gm Butter
  • Black Pepper
  • Pinch Nutmeg


  1. Warm the milk
  2. Put the butter in a pan, when its melted add flour in to it and whisk well till it becomes smooth.
  3. Now add milk in to it and whisk till it becomes thick.
  4. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg whisk once again and mix it.
  5. Remove from the heat and keep it aside.
