Bolognese Pasta


  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Dried Coriander
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • Pinch Dried Basil
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 1 Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 2 Bowl Your Choice of Pasta


  1. Take Pasta, Wash and boil in Hot water with little salt and 1 tsp Olive oil,
  2. Keep it aside once its cooked,
  3. Cut all three capsicums, tomato, red pepper, onion and garlic.
  4. Drizzle some oil into a pan and fry your onions for a few minutes.
  5. Stir well then add garlic. Keep on a medium heat then add Chopped Capsicum.
  6. Sprinkle red chili powder and stir well.
  7. Now add bay leaf and tomatoes, stir well and let it cook for some time.
  8. Now add Salt, chopped red pepper, water, basil and coriander and stir well, place on the lid and simmer till the vegetable are cooked.
  9. Now seperate Water and Pasta,
  10. Now Mix The pasta into the Sauce, Mix well and serve hot.
