Bolognese Sauce


  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Dried Coriander
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • Pinch Dried Basil
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 1 Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped


  1. Cut all three capsicums, tomato, red pepper, onion and garlic.
  2. Drizzle some oil into a pan and fry your onions for a few minutes.
  3. Stir well then add garlic. Keep on a medium heat then add Chopped Capsicum.
  4. Sprinkle red chili powder and stir well.
  5. Now add bay leaf and tomatoes, stir well and let it cook for some time.
  6. Now add Salt, chopped red pepper, water, basil and coriander and stir well, place on the lid and simmer till the vegetable are cooked.
