Lasagna – Sheet Pasta



  1. Make Bachemal Sauce
  2. Pre heat the oven to 200C/400F
  3. Make Bolognese sauce
  4. Place pasta sheets in to warm water [make sure water is more then the sheets]
  5. Leave to soak for 5-10 minuets
  6. Now dry the lasagna, remove the sheets one by one from water and place on a cloth,
  7. Then turn them over to pet and dry both the sides
  8. Now place the sheets in the baking dish, cover with half Bolognese sauce, then place
  9. Spoon of Bachemal sauce, then sprinkle parmesan/regular cheese
  10. Now repeat the process
  11. Now cook the lasagna, place the dish in the centre of the oven, and cook for about 20
  12. Minuets, when the cheese is turned golden brown, remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to set till 15 minuets before serving
  13. Lasagna is best to be served with fresh green salad
