Beetroot Paratha


  • Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • ½ Bowl Coriander
  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Medium Size Beetroot


  1. Grate both the beetroot
  2. Grind green chilies
  3. Chop finely coriander leaves
  4. Now make a dough mixing wheat flour, beetroot, green chilies, coriander, oil, salt and water. (Don not use more water because beetroot also contains water which will make the dough softer and paratha does not need soft dough)
  5. Now keep the dough for 30 Min.
  6. Now make balls from the dough, and make round shape dipping the ball once in dry wheat flour like we make roti
  7. Cook both the sides with ghee, It shouldnt be so soft and not too crispy
  8. Once paratha is cooked, serve with Tomato & Onion Raita, Plain Cold Curd or Your Favorite Pickle.
