Ingrediants:
Ginger
- Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Potatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Green Chili
- 7 Clove Garlic
- 1 Ball of Cauliflower
- 1/2 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
- Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Method:
- Chop cauliflower & potatos diced, wash it together
- Make ginger, garlic and green chili paste
- Now heat oil in a pan
- When heated, add mustard seeds
- When it starts crackling add ginger garlic & chili paste
- Mix for half Minuit and then add potato & cauliflower and mix well
- Now add salt & turmeric powder & Sugar, mix it and cover the lid.
- Check and mix in every 5 minuets till the cauliflower & potatoes are cooked , if its sticking to the pan then put 1 tbsp oil or sprinkle some water in it and cover the lid again
- Once the cegetable is cooked, add black pepper powder and mix well.
- Once its done garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with Roti
