Dill Vegatable


  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 Potato/Brinjal
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bunch Of Dill
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Red Chili Powder


  1. Cut and wash Dill
  2. Cut potato in small cubes
  3. Chop ginger very small
  4. Now heat oil in a pan, when heated add cumin seeds & garlic
  5. When it start spluttering , add dill & potato and mix well
  6. Now add salt & red chili and mix well
  7. Cover the pan and let it cook till the potato is cooked
  8. Now open the lid and let it cook till all water evaporates.
  9. Serve with hot roti or bhakri

Note :- If you are using brinjal then the vegetable will not be dry.
