Gobi Mirch Ki Sabzi


  • 1 Big Cauliflower
  • 2 Capsicum
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 2 TBSP Ginger, Garlic, Green  Chili Paste
  • Garam Masala
  • Coriander Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper [Grounded]
  • Coriander
  • Oil


  1. Cut Cauliflower & Capsicum & Wash It.
  2. Cut Onion and keep aside
  3. Put Oil in a pan when heated, add Ginger, Garlic & Chili Paste
  4. Once it start spluttering add Cauliflower & Capsicum, Mix it.
  5. Add Salt, Garam Masala & Coriander Powder and Mix it.
  6. Cover the pan and let it cook on slow flame till cauliflower is cooked.
  7. Remove the cover and let all the water evaporate.
  8. Once the water evaporates add Black Pepper and Coriander,
  9. Mix well and serve with Hot Roti.
