  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • 7 Garlic Clove
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • 1 Cup Green Gram
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Chutney
  • Buttermilk without Water


  1. Pressure cook green gram till 4 wistles
  2. Chop garlic thin
  3. Chop onion thin
  4. Grind Curd to make butter milk [do not add water in it]
  5. When the cooker is cool , separate water and green gram
  6. Now take oil in to a pan
  7. Add chopped garlic and garlic chutney, let it fry for 30 seconds on low flame
  8. Now add green gram and mix well
  9. Then add salt, garam masala, coriander powder & turmeric powder and mix everything
  10. Now add butter milk, mix and cover it
  11. Cook it for 5 minuit, and serve hot with Roti and onions
