Ladyfinger Vegetable


  • 1/2 KG Lady Finger
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 1 TBSP carom seeds
  • 2 TBSP red chili powder
  • 1 TSP Turmeric powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 TBSP Oil


  1. Wash and dry and cut lady finger properly [while cutting leady finger must be absolutely dry]
  2. Cut potato in to small pieces
  3. Take oil in to a pan, heat it
  4. Once heated add carom seeds and leave for 1/2 Minuit
  5. Add potato in to it, stir and leave it for 1 Minuit
  6. Now add lady finger, salt, red chili powder & Turmeric powder
  7. Stir properly and cover the pan, keep it on low flame
  8. Let it cook for half an hour,
  9. Check & stir in every 5 To 10 minuets. Once the potatoes are cooked remove the cover and let it cook.
  10. Serve hot with Roti.
