Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 Chopped tomato
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp ginger paste
- 1 Tsp garlic paste
- 2 Tsp red chilli powder
- 2 Blocks Paneer, crumbled
- 1 Tsp chopped green chillies
- 2 Finely chopped medium onions
- 2 Tbsp ghee[butter] for frying
- 2 Capsicum cut into thin strips
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon, clove and Black Peper [Grind it together]
Method:
- Heat Ghee in a heavy saucepan.
- Add the Ginger-Garlic Paste and fry for one minute.
- Add the Onions , Green Chillies and Capsicum and stir fry till the Onions turn color.
- Add the Tomatoes and keep frying till the Tomatoes turn mushy.
- Add all the Dry Powders and fry for one minute.
- Add the Crumbled Paneer, Salt and the Lemon Juice.
- Mix well, heat through and eat hot with chapathi & Onion Tomato Raita.
